Equality Education provides transformative workshops and programs for people of all ages. They work with non-profits, schools, community centers, and corporations. Their inclusive approach allows individuals from diverse backgrounds to learn at their own pace, promoting personal growth. Highly praised, their initiatives have positively impacted thousands, boosting confidence and improving relationships.
The Story
Equality Education was developed by best friends Soleil Laurent and Arianna Rose, whose work with young people, families, and educators consistently revealed the same gap: students were being held to high expectations without being taught the emotional intelligence skills needed to meet them.

Through years of hands-on experience in schools, community spaces, and youth programs, Soleil and Arianna saw how challenges with emotional regulation, communication, accountability, and self-belief showed up in classrooms for students of all ages. They also saw how educators and parents were expected to carry the weight without enough support.

Equality Education grew directly from lived experience and proven impact. With over 100,000 books sold and programming in hundreds of NYC DOE schools, we’ve worked with thousands of students, educators, and parents across the city - evolving from intentional youth work into a comprehensive, school-based model that builds stronger people, healthier environments, and lasting culture change.
Meet the Founders
Co-founders Arianna Rose & Soleil Laurent believe in unlocking individual greatness through social and emotional intelligence. Driven by this shared vision, they named their venture "Equality Education," which focuses on making emotional learning accessible to all.
Arianna Rose’s double bachelor’s degrees in Social Sciences with a focus in African American Studies and Sociology was the catalyst for her career in early childhood/adolescent coaching and personal development. She has served as an anti-violence advocate and educational consultant for clients from non-profits to multi-million dollar corporations.

Soleil Laurent, drawing upon her background in developmental psychology and extensive early childhood mentoring experience, empowers youth in underserved communities globally. As a motivational speaker and advocate for female empowerment, her impactful initiatives in regions like Haiti, Rwanda, and Bermuda have garnered recognition from prestigious publications worldwide.
